Architectural Review Commission
The purpose of the Architectural Review Commission is to ensure that all construction and structures within the Village meet minimum standards of architectural quality, consistency, aesthetic design, and finish.

Ad Hoc Teardown/Rebuild Review Committee
Village Board created an Ad Hoc Residential Teardown/Rebuild Review Committee to discuss and study home demolition and construction projects in the Village.

Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals reviews requests for zoning code variances and petitions of administrative decisions by Village staff and officials.

Business Improvement District
The Business Improvement District is made up of 7 businesses and property owners within the defined Business District on Silver Spring Drive as well as two residents from the community.

Community Development Authority
The Community Development Authority provides direction regarding Village redevelopment.

Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission is charged with the responsibility of assisting in the preservation of the Village's historic and cultural heritage by identifying buildings, sites, and objects which reflect elements of Whitefish Bay's cultural, social, economic, political or architectural history.

Library Board
The Library Board sets policy for the operation of the Whitefish Bay Public Library.

Plan Commission
The Plan Commission reviews zoning requests and the approval Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) for new businesses in the Village.

Police Commission
The Police Commission reviews applications for hiring, reviews promotion recommendations, and holds hearings on formal complaints against the Police Department Officers.

Public Works Committee
The Public Works Committee provides recommendations to the Village Board and Public Works Department with regards to parks, public rights-of-way, parkway trees, refuse and recycling collection, the sanitary sewer system, snow and ice control, streets and sidewalks, and the storm sewer system.
