Overview
The Community Development Authority (also known as the CDA) provides direction regarding Village redevelopment, tax incremental financing, and business incentive grants/requests .
Downtown Incentive Grant Program
The Downtown Incentive Grant Program is a discretionary grant program designed to incentivize private sector investments for exceptional projects that further the vision and mission of previous strategic planning efforts in the Silver Spring Drive Business District. Agendas and Minutes
Agendas are typically available several days prior the meeting. At a minimum, agendas are posted within the time-frames required by Wisconsin’s Open Meetings Law. Members
Residents are appointed to a 4-year term, and Trustees are appointed annually. Both expire May 1st of the term year.
